Superfoods to Fight Cancer
Breast Cancer: Lima beans contain a natural cancer fighter that cuts off the blood supply, and in breast cancer it will kill the cells. They also lower the risk of breast cancer by 24 percent. The best way to cook them is steam them and eat 1 cup a day.
Ovarian Cancer: Parsley also cuts off blood supply to cancer cells, and you need to eat a cup per day by mixing it in rice, pasta, or eggs. Cut the stem off and put it in a glass of water out of the fridge.
Lung Cancer: Limes stops the growth of cancer and it can reduce dangerous types of lung cancer. Take the lime and squeeze out 1/2 cup per day. Add it to water and use a little honey and you’ve created limeade. Lime also makes things saltier, so you can use lime juice on vegetables instead of salt.
Stomach Cancer: Apricots prevent cancer cells from growing in the stomach by 47 percent. You need seven apricots a day, and the best way is to eat the sun-dried version that is darker.
